College kids are putting the “high” in higher education more often than anytime during the past three decades, according to researchers at the University of Michigan.
The study showed that 5.9 percent of college students preferred smoking weed on a near-daily basis to lighting up a cigarette with the same frequency in 2014, the highest rate of marijuana use at any time since the survey began in 1980.
